The best time to visit Portugal for sports tours is between September and June, thus avoiding the hottest, busiest and most expensive months of July and August.

Day 1


  • Arrival at Lisbon Airport and transfer to your accommodation
  • Assemble at London Heathrow Airport where you will be met by your Team Sports representative to catch your early morning flight to Lisbon
  • check-in for 4 nights and leave luggage on storage at hotel
  • Free time to explore the area


  • Walk back to the hotel to freshen up before dinner
  • Walk to your afternoon Pro-led training session No. 1
  • Lunch (own arrangements)
  • Dinner and overnight at hotel

Day 2


  • Walk to your morning Self-led training session No. 1
  • Breakfast at accommodation
  • Walk back to accommodation to freshen up before lunch


  • Evening transfer to local club for your Fixture No. 1
  • Transfer to Cascais for a bowling session at Cascais Bowling Centre
  • Lunch at accommodation
  • Fixture No. 1

  • Transfer back to accommodation
  • Overnight at accommodation

Day 3


  • Walk to the beach for Surf Clinic with professional Surf Coach
  • Breakfast at accommodation
  • Free time on the beach


  • Half day Lisbon city tour including English speaking guide
  • Walk back to accommodation to freshen up
  • Lunch at the beach
  • Transfer back to accommodation and freshen up before dinner
  • Dinner at accommodation

Day 4


  • Breakfast at accommodation
  • Walk to your morning Self-led training session No 2
  • Free time on the beach before returning back to the accommodation

  • Afternoon transfer to local club for your Fixture No. 2

Day 5


  • Arrive at London Heathrow Airport (group to make own arrangements to get back home)

  • Check-out of your accommodation
  • Transfer to Lisbon Airport to check in for your homeward flight
